♥ Actor Jang Geun-suk wants to be more than just “beautiful”
He wants to be recognized for his talent too.
After finishing a fan meeting tour in Taiwan, Beijing, and Singapore, the “You’re Beautiful” actor arrived in Japan, on May 29th. Guen-suk was in Japan May 29th and 30th meeting Japanese fans at the U-Port Hall in Tokyo and Universal Studio Japan (USJ) in Osaka.This particular stop on the ”Jang Guen-suk Asia Tour” gave the actor a chance to share his thoughts. He sang for and conversed with international fans, then he sat down for a press conference. Guen-suk stated in the conference,”I displayed my raw talent to the best of my ability in “You’re Beautiful“. However, I want to develop my ability to show more emotions.When I acted as character Hwang Tae-kyung,(leader of A.N.JELL)I was able to find motives to inspire me. He also shared his desire to act in musicals and be a choregrapher.Guen-suk went on to say,” When I went on a diet for the filming of “You’re My Pet“, I was upset I could not enjoy Kimchi,one of my favorite foods. I had dance practice five days a week for the upcoming movie! Despite that, I hope I can express various heartfelt emotions in my future projects.”

On 2 June evening, Park Gyuri revealed a picture taken together with Shin Ji-ae through twitter. Park Gyuri left a post "Met up with Ji-ae one more time before she goes back to US"
In the photo, Park Gyuri was seen with her hand making a V-sign on her bright face. Behind Gyuri, there's Shin Jin-ae with her hand on her cheek showing her cute look. Both are of the same age, Gyuri and Ji-ae were born in 1988.

The Beasts are landing in America. Four of the animal like singers boarded a plane for the upcoming Wonder Girls World Tour. 2pm will be special guests for the first half of their tour. Four singers were the only ones flying because two of the caged beasts could not leave the motherland. Junsu will not be performing in the tour because of his recent knee injury and one half of Tacena,Taec-yeon, is attending a “Cinderella’s Sister” event celebrating the end of the drama.However, Taec will be leaving his Yoo-na and joining the rest of the band after he finishes his “Cinderella” party. If you ask me, he is cinderella! He’s forced to do extra work and can not even be with his true love. Where is the fairy godmother when you need her? Taec needs his glass shoes to go to the ball!

I love Kim Joon‘s blonde bad boy act. He makes blonde hair hot! This former flower boy has went from rich pretty boyland, to tough pretty boyland! Ok, so Kim Joon is a pretty boy where ever he goes. At least this time, the word “flower” is not attached to him. That is a bit girly.
“Don’t Be Rude” is military meets color guard. It’s very entertaining and the beat is catchy too. You will not have to worry about being rude.
♥ Hwayobi and Sleepy Split Up
After a year-long relationship the cute ajumma-style Hwayobi and Untouchable rapper Sleepy went straight to splitzville. But why?
The pair seemed oh-so-in-love but the fantasy is over. It wasn’t meant to be an everlasting love, as a representative of Hwayobi explained, “They had a good relationship for over a year, but in order for both of them to concentrate more on their respective music activities, they have decided to separate.”
Love is getting no love, as it takes a backseat to work this time around. Celebrities will be celebrities, and, in this case, artists will be artists. Perhaps they just realized the couple thing wasn’t exactly giving them the big publicity.
Hwayobi is working on activities for the title track “Bye Bye Bye” off her 7th album, “Hwayobi.” Sleepy, on the other hand is in the midst of preparations for a new album with Untouchable.

The sweet and sexy singer has two new projects!
The “Creating Destiny” star is finding that the destiny she has is pretty amazing. Eugene is a successful singer and actress and now she has two new projects under her belt! She was cast to play Shin Yoo-kyung in the upcoming KBS drama “King of Baking, Kim Tak Goo” and now she has landed a hosting job! The talented starlet will be O’live network‘s host for their new show “Get it Beauty“. After her latest beauty book, this show makes perfect sense for the “Yoga School” actress. She apparently did not care much for yoga, but Eugene has definately graduated from the school of beauty. “Get it Beauty” will start airing in July, and I think we need to take a few tips from her. She knows what she is talking about! Eugene is already one beautiful star. Hopefully, some of that beauty will rub off on us if we watch this show.

“Get it Beauty” will begin airing on the O’live network in July.

With all the popularity gained from the pairing of Brown Eyed Girls’ Ga-In and 2AM’s Jo Kwon on the track, “We Fell in Love,” producers have decided to re-create the magic with another cute pairing for the collaboration on “Nagging” (aka “We Fell in Love 2″). 2AM’s Seulong and IU sound just as cute as they look!

Jay Park lives in the “Hype Nation”
The location of the nation moves to Korea!
Jay‘s representative(probably the helpful Ned Sherman) confirmed the date he will make his return to the land of K-pop. Jay will arrive in South Korea June 11th for the filming of his upcoming movie “Hype Nation“. As reported earlier, he will be here for approximately one month. Jay has some company in the nation of hype. Our own Dennis Oh has currently taken residence there as well. Maybe fans can get a temporary lease in a ”Hype Nation” building and join their favorite singer during filming. We can only hope, right?
Whatever he does, I hope he does not land at 2pm! That would be embarrassing. Get the morning flights Jay!

“High Kick Through the Roof” starlet Shin Se-kyung had a Hawaii get-a-way, and netizens are glowing over these commercial-like photos. Perhaps Hawaii’s tourism board should invest in the young Korean actress.
The curvy teen posted these photos of her vacation on her Cyworld mini-homepage in a photo album called “Hawaii.” Good to see she can manage a pretty picture on her own. Girl keeps it working even during her down time.

Sulli’s Dark Circles Kill Fans
Girl group f(x) member Sulli is apparently having a rough time. Look at the size of those dark circles!
Fans are feeling heartbroken over the seemingly over-worked, super tired f(x) princess. Sulli is definitely channeling that 2PM zombie feel with that tired face, a big difference from her usually energetic personality. The top-right picture is particularly zombie-ish.
We all are fully aware about how idol stars are kept moving and grooving on small hours of sleep (particularly SM Entertainment groups), but even make-up couldn’t fully cover the growing bags under Sulli’s eyes. It’s good to see fans showing some small concern for their beloved idol. I wonder if SM Entertainment hears them too? We can only hope.

Celebrities sighted on election day
All celebrities above the age of 21, cast your votes!
June 2nd is the election day for South Korea. All citizens aged 21 and above are required to cast their vote. Freshly twenty-one years old idols, such as Chan-sung(2PM) and Yoona (SNSD) were spotted or more likely stalked all the way to the at the polling stations. Other eligible-celebrity voters sighted are; Kim Hye-soo, Noh Hong-chul, Lee Soon-jae,Jeong Bo-seok and Sunny(SNSD). The celebrities cast their votes at several polling stations in Seoul. Namely, Apgujeong Elementary School located in Gangnam.

The two SNSD members were spotted at Yeongdeungpo-gu’s polling station on June 2nd. Since they have already reached the age of 21years and above, they are eligible to vote during elections.
Yoona who just recently turned 21 on May 30th, expressed “I’m actually a little nervous since this is my first time voting. But I also feel like an adult now”
