In America, Yoobin is Sohee’s manager

Wonder Girls member Yoobin revealed a humiliating incident that occurred during their stay in the U.S on the June 1st airing of KBS Win Win.

Here’s the story: While their stay in the U.S., Yoobin and Sohee went to a restaurant together. Meanwhile, their manager, who went with the two girls, stepped aside to go to the bathroom. When the manager left, a fan of the Wonder Girls started walking towards the table. What the fan said afterward is the K.O. punch. The fan basically asked Yoobin, “Can I get Sohee’s signature?” The fan thought Yoobin was the manager! To this, Yoobin coolly gave the fan permission.


Yoobin again made the studio laugh with another embarassing story. While in their performance outfits, the Wonder Girls this time went to a Korean restaurant. Yoobin, recalling the incident, continued the story, “At time that, Sunye wasn’t with us, so it was only the four of us. An employee of the Korean restaurant came to us and asked us if we were 2NE1. The angered manager yelled at his employee and told him that we were the Wonder Girls. To this, the employee replied, ‘I love the Wonder Girls. In my MP3, I have “Tell Me Your Wish.’” (by Girls Generation). Funny but at the same time embarrassing. I thought the Wonder Girls went to the U.S. to get their name known and introduce the Korean culture. Ok but seriously, that employee is an idiot.

Much love to Wonder Girls who are working hard even though some people are just ignorant. Wonder Girls will begin their U.S tour alongside 2PM (minus Junsu because of an ailing knee).
