[Who pops it best?] Lee Na-young vs. UEE

Actress Lee Na-young and After School’s UEE were seen in the same trench coat at two very different places. The trenchcoat is a part of the Burberry Prorsum 2010 Spring/Summer Collection.

Lee Na-young wore the trenchcoat during the movie premiere of “Daddy Likes Girls” back in December, while UEE wore it for the March issue of “Vogue” magazine. Lee Na-young often called “Goddess” wore it as a dress and looked feminine, accompanying the coat with a vintage leather belt and strappy heels. “Honey thighs” UEE looked more casual as her concept for the Vogue photoshoot was sports and fashion. Accordingly, she was photographed with a rugby ball and exaggerated hair and makeup. UEE could have gone without the two belts across her waist, but nonetheless, she looked edgy. Both Lee Na-young and UEE both pulled off very different metallic looks with the same Burberry trenchcoat. But who do you think wore it better?

This summer, Narsha and Ga-in from Brown Eyed Girls will have their solo album!

Narsha’s solo album was planned to hit the market in May, but has been delayed due to recording difficulties. However, there is high possibility that Narsha’s album will be released this month. So don’t get too disappointed. Meanwhile Ga-in’s solo album will be out in August.

Big Bang are winners & perform with 2NE1 at the MTV World VMAJ!

The 2010 MTV World Stage Video Music Awards Japan (VMAJ) was held yesterday in Tokyo at Yoyogi National Stadium, and our very own Big Bang won 3 awards! Not only were they big winners of the night, they shared their performance stage with 2NE1.

Big Bang has won the hearts of their Japanese audience, and left a big impression by winning all the awards they were nominated for. The two group awards was for “Best new artist video award” and “Best pop video award,” including a nomination for G-Dragon’s collaboration with Jpop group- W-inds in the category for “Best collaboration.”

Moving on to 2NE1, the girls were there to support their sunbaes as well as perform with them. Perhaps they are hinting at a debut in Japan as well? It’s only a guess but there is no doubt 2NE1 would kill in Japan!

It was a major bummer that Big Bang and 2NE1 didn’t participate in the Dream Concert, and hopefully they’ll be hitting the Korean stages soon!

The Beast of 2pm refuses to be called pretty!

The handsome tweeter used actual language on the June 1st episode of SBS‘s “Strong Heart“. Nich-khun expressed that he does not care for being called pretty. He still gets offended if someone calls him that horrible compliment. The 2pm idol continued to share his angered emotions through a series of funny and strange facial expressions. Don’t do that, Nich! You will ruin your pretty face. Did I just say that? I meant to say he will ruin his beastly attractive face. Is that better?

They are having fun with actor Oh Man-seok.

The adorable and lovable SHINee boys have found new fun in the SHINee World! Photos of the SM boy band and actor Oh Man-seok in a reality show surfaced online May 31st. The photos show the stars on a beach for the filming of the show titled “‘Maritime Exploration in the Republic of Korea.” Of course, I have only answered part of the question. Members Tae-min,Min-ho,and Jong-hyun were the only ones participating in the show. Where was Onew and Key? Onew was probably busy with his “Nocturnal” show and his “Brothers Were Brave” musical. Key, on the other hand, was trying to find the key to being a true Santa Claus in Spring! Ok, so Key was missing in action, but he is still Yoo-guen’s personal Santa Claus.
